All sales are final.  No exchanges are offered, as items are limited-edition and replacements cannot be guaranteed.

If a NEW unused/unworn item is defective upon receipt or is non-repairable, please contact us within 3 business days at to request a replacement (if available) or refund.

Normal wear and tear of a worn item are not eligible for refund or return.

Please note that open o-rings, jump rings or adhesive loss can be repaired with minimal effort and/or jeweler's glue.  Please contact us for assistance.

Refunds (if applicable)

PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST. Upon approval, you may be asked to mail your product to: 3213 Doil Dr, Anchorage, AK 99507, United States.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by using our contact form.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by using our contact form.
